The Building Process

Take the first step toward making it a reality by calling or taking a look at the variety of available building options in our model home village today.
D&D Home Builders takes care of as much of the building process as possible for our clients. Helping you design your home plan and choose your finishes.
Working with your bank to incorporate all of the building costs into your construction loan. We are also a VA Loan Approved Builder.
We apply for the all permits required to build your home.
We clear the trees and stumps required for the home and driveway.
Put in your driveway.
Complete all needed Excavation.
Foundation Installation.
Delivery of the modular home itself.
Setting the modular upon the foundation.
All the finish work required to get the home ready for occupancy.
New septic system and well can be added if required or hook up to existing systems.
Any garages, decks, porches, 4 season rooms, screened in porches can be added to any plan.
Finishing of cape attics and basements can also be added to a plan.
Acquiring the certificate of occupancy for the homeowner.
